Mr Wertheim has studied at Erasmus University in Rotterdam. At the moment he is manager/ co-owner of Reitsma & Wertheim & Partners B.V. In the past Mr Wertheim was, amongst others, General Secretary of the 'Dutch Conference Hall' in The Hague, manager/ owner of Vlakland B.V. in The Netherlands and France, consultant at McKinsey & Company in Amsterdam and Oslo, manager of Hunter Douglas in Rotterdam and Panamá and general manager of the Association Cosmocenter. Mr. Wertheim has written several publications and assignments in the field of mergers and acquisitions and he has various social and executive functions.

Drs. J.G. Groeneveld RA RV

Mr Groeneveld has studied economics and accountancy and is certified as a chartered accountant (1973) and business valuator (1996). In his current profession he is co-founder and manager of Wingman Business Valuators B.V. Further to that, Mr Groeneveld is a key lecturer at Erasmus University Rotterdam in the fields of Cost Accounting and Strategic Management. He is also chairman of the Examination Board for Business Brokers and Appraisers of the Dutch Chambers of Commerce and a member of the Advisory Committee of the postdoctoral course Business Valuation of the RSM. Mr Groeneveld is a chairman of the foundation "Valuation Research for the benefit of Company and Organisation (SWBO)" and chairman of the Committee Economics of the Dutch Royal Institute of Chartered Accountants (NIVRA/ VERA). As a writer and/ or editor he is occupied with a large number of publications in this field.

Drs. J. Vis MBA IdAc CMC RV

Mr Vis has studied economics, business administration and accountancy and got his Master degree in Business Administration with credit. The Institute of Accountants in Brussels certified him as a chartered accountant. Mr Vis is an associate at Talanton Business Valuators. As a 'visiting professor' he is connected to the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University). Mr Vis regularly publishes articles on management control, valuation matters and valuation management.

Mr Reitsma has studied at, amongst others, the Technical University Delft 'with credit' and at Stanford Business School for his Master degree in Business Administration. Formerly, Mr Reitsma worked as product manager at International Nickel Company in New York, as a consultant at McKinsey & Company in Amsterdam, as financial manager of Teepak Europe, as manager at Symbion Holding in Valkenswaard and as manager of the Foundation Olympic Games Amsterdam.

Mr Sman has been certified as a chartered accountant (1971) and business valuator (1996). Since 1981 he is occupied with mergers and acquisitions, as well as business valuation and stock valuation. Since 1992 this is done from R. Sman Advies, bureau for business valuation. He has written books and articles about stock and business valuation.

He was partner with Arenthals Chaudron from 1981 until 2000 and was mainly concerned with advice and problem analysis for family businesses and succession. Now, he is associate partner of BDO Corporate Finance B.V. Mr De Kruijf has been, amongst others, chairman of the Committee Business Economics of the Royal Dutch Institute for chartered accountants.
